Eligibility

You must submit accurate, truthful information in your application. If you are under 18, provide required parent/guardian information.

Use of the site

• Do not misuse the portal (no unauthorized access, scraping, or interference).
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise.
• Content you submit (essays, documents) must be your own or properly authorized.

Application review

Submission does not guarantee an award. Decisions are made by CROME and the scholarship committee at their discretion. We may contact you for clarification or additional documentation.

Intellectual property

The site design, content, and code are owned by CROME. You may use the site only for applying to scholarships and managing your applications.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CROME disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the program.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
